1.1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the European Union and to countries worldwide, with the exception of Russia, the United States, and Ukraine. For customers in Ukraine, we invite you to visit our Ukrainian version of the website at https://ua.allurebeauty.eu.
1.2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer two fixed shipping rates:
- €15 + VAT for shipments within the European Union
- €35 + VAT for shipments to the rest of the world
Sometimes the shipping cost can also be based on the weight of the package.
Periodically, we offer special promotions for free shipping on orders that reach a minimum spending threshold.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
1.3. Shipment Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email.
1.4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may be subject to change. We recommend checking with your local customs office for up-to-date information.
2.1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2.2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 14 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
